Nope! We can help you source a new trailer through one of our trusted partners like like 4-Star, Bloomer, Cimarron, Elite, Hart, Platinum, or Twister Trailers. Either way, we’ll guide you through the process from shell to finished interior.

How much customization is possible?

Almost everything is customizable — from layout and sleeping arrangements to cabinetry, appliances, materials, and finishes. Whether you want a compact weekender or a full-time home on wheels, we design around how you live and travel.

Is there a warranty on my conversion?

Yes — every Trail Boss conversion comes with a 3-year craftsmanship warranty, plus support from our team if you need anything down the road. We’re committed to building trailers that last and relationships that do, too.

Can I visit Trail Boss in person during the process?

Yes! We encourage it. Most clients fly into our Kansas City headquarters to meet the team, view material options, and finalize design choices in person. Can’t make it? No problem — no problem, there are other ways we can go through the design process with you.

What’s included in the design process?

You’ll work closely with our expert design team to choose your layout, cabinet style, flooring, wall treatments, fixtures, and finishes. We make sure your trailer doesn’t just look good — it functions beautifully and fits your lifestyle perfectly.
